Values – A Firm Foundation

• Values are the highway we travel on to reach our goals. Beyond moral values you need values to guide behavior and rules to follow. Values set the tone for what the organization’s culture will be. Rich suggests a deliberate process of defining your values, which will also define the type of people you will allow to enter your life. He lists the values for his Froghair company as examples. Once you define your resources, your goals, and your values, you are ready to Zig and Zag.
